Al-Mushatta QIZ industrial estate with an area of approximately 4,000,000 Sq. M provides the appropriate environment for industrial investment by developing the required infrastructure based on scientific studies including support facilities.

AL- Mushatta QIZ offers a great number of incentives and privileges to investors as it simplifies the administrative procedures by issuing vocational licenses and tying-in services (electricity, water, telephone, sanitary drainage).
Al-Mushatta offer sale, Capital Lease, and open-end lease options to investors, as well as the construction of factory buildings with the same payments options.
